Bathtime

Paislee loves her bath. I need to start putting her in the tub. She soaks me every time. I always have to change my shirt. She kicks and splashes so much that the counter and floor get all wet besides me. She so funny now because she will look at the camera when I'm trying to take her picture so she stops smiling and doing whatever I'm trying to take a picture of.

I did catch her smiling here. We got her laughing and then snapped the picture quick. She is smiling, laughing and talking now.

Kids

Tyson loves being in pictures. He always is jumping in the photos and is a great poser. Paislee was playing on the floor so I had to take a picture.
Tyson had to pose with Paislee and her new hat.
I just crocheted this hat. Pretty cute huh!

They are so beautiful when they are sleeping.

Jello and Gatorade

This is all he can eat or drink. I have to warm the jello up in the microwave so its softer ??!?? They say the older you are getting your tonsils out the worse it is. I believe it. I had mine out when I was 12 and I remember eating popsicles and ice cream. He can't even eat that but I guess it's more than just tonsils.

Surgery

Tyler will probably kill me for posting this pic but that's ok. He had sleep apnea surgery last Monday. I told him we needed to take a picture so we could look back and laugh one day. (I don't think that day will be very soon). He had his tonsils out, his uvula, part of his soft palate and deviated septum fixed. He can barely talk and eat. He has already lost 20 pounds. He is pretty miserable. Hopefully he will start feeling better soon. He was pretty drugged up so I don't think he realized I was taking his picture.

Paislee Baby Blessing

I just love her shoes.

We had Paislee's baby blessing on Sunday. It turned out really well. We have such wonderful family to come and support us especially for as early in the morning as it was.
Girls are just so much fun. I love my boys don't get me wrong because they are FUN!! But dressing up girls is a blast.

She was pretty happy here. I was going to try to get a family picture with us all but it was so crazy right after church and we didn't have enough time before church. I thought maybe next week but I forgot Tyler won't be going because of his surgery. So maybe in a couple of weeks we can cheat and do a family picture with Paislee in her dress.

Brownie Trifle Recipe

Here's the Brownie Trifle Recipe:

1 package brownie mix (for 13x9 pan)
2 1/2 cups cold milk
1 package (3.4 oz.) instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding (I used the cheesecake)
1 package (3.4 oz.) instand white chocolate pudding mix
1 - 8 oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 to 3 Heath or Skor candy bars (1.4 oz. each) chopped (optional)

Prepare and bake brownies according to package for cake-like brownies, using a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Cool completely on a wire rack. In a mixing bowl, beat the milk and both pudding mixes on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in the whipped topping. Cut the cooled brownies into 1 inch cubes; place half in a 3 qt. trifle bowl or serving dish. Cover with half the pudding. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with candy bars. Refridgerate. 16 servings

This cn be made into individual servings instead of using a big trifle bowl or big bowl. You can always mix things up too by using different flavors of pudding, candy bars, fruit or pie filling. It's a very versatile recipe. And it is delicious!!!
